Join Kim R. in this 6-week class to gently tone and strengthen your body. Exercises will be done in a chair, in your house.  Please have weights and a towel ready.  

Alzheimer’s Disease Resource Center (ADRC) will offer a monthly caregiver support group. ADRC's support groups are an opportunity for caregivers to discuss challenges, share feelings and find emotional support.

Join us for some fun and exciting yoga classes where you will learn breathing techniques and basic yoga poses as well as ways to promote a calm body! Please bring a mat and wear comfortable clothing. Registration begins Tuesday, January 20th.

Teens will decorate potholders with special messages and art.  These will be donated to a soup kitchen for those in need.  *One hour of community service will be awarded to each teen upon completion.

Join Kim for this energizing class, which involves cardio intervals mixed with strength training intervals using resistance bands. You can use your own bands or checkout resistance band kits from our Library of Things collection in the library.

Listen to a story and create a unique valentine to keep or give to someone else.  

Children will have a great time using all their senses in this unstructured program. Dress for mess. These activities require close adult supervision by parent or guardian. No registration required!
